At the Healthcare Institute of Learning, we offer comprehensive training program designed to equip students with essential skills. Our curriculum is tailored to meet industry standards, ensuring you are job-ready upon graduation.
The course is 16 weeks. The last two weeks we will prepare you for your certification exam. Classes start every 16 weeks. Tuition is $800. We pay for your first test. Payment plans are available.
The school will be launching Medical Billing and coding. It is a self-paced program. You have 9 months of access to the program. The tuition is $800. We pay for your first test. Payment plans are available.
The courses ( Sterile Processing, Flexible scopes and Surgical Instrument Specialist ) . These will be 16 weeks, The last two weeks we will prepare you for your certification exam. Exam month follows: February, May, August, and November. Start every 16 weeks. Tuition is :
1. $800 for Sterile Processing.
2. Flexible scopes $300.
3. Surgical Instrument Specialist $400.
We pay for your first test. Payment plans are available.

The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver® certified BLS course is designed to teach students CPR for victims of all ages, use the automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of choking. Instruction is given on recognition of life threatening emergencies and basic CPR techniques. It is designed for healthcare professionals and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings, and teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in pre-hospital and in-facility settings. It is required for all medical personal and anyone desiring, or required, to obtain the advanced knowledge and skills taught at this level. Upon successful completion of skills demonstration, students will receive their BLS course completion card which is valid for two years. This course is $50 for traditional classes.
Also know as Express Learning, Blended Learning or eLearning (online lessons blended with hands-on skills session) has a combination of both virtual learning (Part 1) and in person skills training (Part 2).
American Heart Association eLearning program certification is equivalent to a regular 100% class room training and the same card is issued at completion of the course for both Class Room and eLearning courses.
Part 1, American Heart Association online course
Students are emailed access to course work to be completed on the American Heart Association website. Students work at their own pace. Once the student has completed all course work, the student prints the course completion certificate to give to his instructor for Part 2. Part 1 should take about 2 hours to complete but students can work on small sections at a time and complete the course over several days if they choose.
Part 2, Hands-on skills practice session with an Authorized AHA Instructor
Students practice and show in person, good Compressions, Breathing Skills, and AED. These are all used in a rescue scenario where the student perform is knowledge of all three skills, Compressions, Breathing, and AED. There skills are performed for Adult, Child and Infant. Choking skills are then performed. Part 2 should take 30 minutes to an hour depending the type of class and the experience of the student.
Course is complete after finishing both Part 1 and Part 2 of the course.
The course is $60 for Blended.

Bloodborne Pathogens Online is a comprehensive eLearning program that teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials. Updated to reflect updates to the Occupational Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29CFR 1910.1030), which is published by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
Teaches employees how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood or blood-containing materials
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to:
Explain the importance of taking the Heartsaver® Bloodborne Pathogens course
Define bloodborne pathogens
Describe the four main steps for staying safe when facing an occupational exposure
Discuss how universal precautions, personal protective equipment, and handwashing can protect them from infection
Recognize warning signs and labels for biohazards
Recall how to safely remove gloves
Discuss how to dispose of sharps and other blood-containing items
Identify the types of spills and methods to clean them
Discuss their exposure control plan

Certificate of completion available to print when the online portion has been completed successfully
Students have access to all information in the online portion for 24 months after activation of their key to help reinforce what they have learned.
